The Director of M&A at CLEW Consulting Ltd., who holds a degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest. He began his career at the Budapest office of EY, where he managed M&A processes across a wide range of industries, including IT, automotive, FMCG, food, healthcare, energy, and financial services. He also gained international experience with the EY-Parthenon team, working on a strategic project in Saudi Arabia. At CLEW Consulting, he supports mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
Dániel Lakatos
Partner
Dani is the founder and Strategic Director of CLEW Consulting. He holds degrees in Economics and Economic Analysis from Corvinus University of Budapest. With professional experience in both the corporate sector and public administration, he has gained a broad knowledge base that enables him to recognize business opportunities even in everyday processes. This mindset led to the founding of CLEW. Together with the CLEW team, he has successfully executed numerous transactions and is constantly seeking new challenges.
Marci Őri-Kovács
Consultant
He has been an analyst at CLEW for nearly two years, having transitioned from intern to full-time team member. He supports both the M&A and Business Advisory divisions, with a particular focus on market research and the preparation of investor materials. He holds a degree in Business and Management from Corvinus University of Budapest.

Prágai Patrik
Consultant
Patrik has been an analyst at Clew since September 2024. Previously, he gained experience in business valuation and financial modeling as part of the Valuation & Modeling team at Ernst & Young. He earned his bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Corvinus University of Budapest, and from the fall of 2025, he will continue his studies in the Banking and Finance master's program at the University of St. Gallen.

Head of Marketing
Cinti graduated in Economics from the University of Pécs and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Leadership and Management in English. She is passionate about the world of digital marketing and is constantly developing her skills to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and strategies. From PPC campaigns to social media strategies, she has a broad range of experience—and recently, she has also started exploring website development, because for her, learning never stops. At CLEW, she is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy. A strong advocate for data-driven decisions, Cinti brings a dynamic and determined personality to the team, always striving for the best possible results.
Kiss Viktória
Executive Assistant
Vica has several years of experience in administrative and organizational roles. She is currently studying Communication and Media Studies at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, where she has developed a strong appreciation for effective teamwork and corporate communication. At CLEW Consulting, she plays a key role in supporting executive operations, optimizing internal processes, and coordinating external relations. Her precision, decisiveness, and keen attention to detail make her an indispensable part of the company’s daily operations.
Finszter Viktória
Graphic Designer
Viki earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Corvinus University of Budapest and began her Master’s studies in Marketing this fall. Drawn to creative solutions from early on in her academic journey, she combines her passion for graphic design with the world of marketing. As a graphic designer, Viki is the creative mind behind CLEW Consulting’s visual identity, bringing the brand to life through her designs. Her precision and artistic vision make her an invaluable member of the team, continuously strengthening the visual presence of the CLEW brand.
